Modular Automotive Systems LLC (MAS) operates as both a Tier One and Tier Two supplier to the automotive industry. MAS is centrally located in Warren, Michigan with 175,000 sq ft of space that includes 12 loading docks which can accommodate regular or drop deck trailers.

MAS is currently running two and three shift operations with over 100 employees. The company is fully ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Every day, the company sequences over 20,000 parts; including fascias, wire harnesses, headliners, carpets, interior trim, and cladding for major automotive assembly plants in the area. MAS excels at managing logistics for just-in-time delivery. The daily volume amounts to 50 material loads received inbound and 80 sequenced material loads being delivered–just-in-time–to the assembly plants—with a 100% accuracy rate.

MAS also performs as a Tier One supplier by performing modular build-up, kitting and distribution of service and accessory parts for DCX, Mopar, GMSPO, Nissan, and Joe Gibbs Performance™ packages. Over 500 part numbers are warehoused and distributed by MAS who acts as a integral service parts operation to the OEM.
