IT Helpdesk Administrator

Department:   Information Technology (IT)

Reports To:   Systems Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for system incident tracking and first level help
• Create reports to track system incidents from start to finish
• Publish statistics on problem resolution
• First level support for SBT and SAP users
• Perform daily administration duties
• Daily EDI sends and receives for shift
• Computer operator’s daily duties 
• Perform any other job requirements as directed by the supervisor

Skills/ Training/ Education/ Experience Required:

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

• Good problem solving skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, exceland access.
• Be able to use Microsoft Power Point and MSProject
• Good phone Skills
• Good organizational skills
